ENGINE MANAGEMENT

SERSL has a capable staff to handle onshore and offshore engine management services.

Field Technicians are fully trained to handle both preventative and corrective maintenance on all models of Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins, Waukesha engines etcetera.

We also provide 24-hour onshore support service to all our clients for the technical and engineering solutions. We offer a full range of condition based monitoring equipment and services to detect faults before they occur, saving our clients both downtime and money.

SERSL staff is fully trained to handle repairs and maintenance of both Ingersoll-Rand and Sullair, diesel and electrical air compressors.

SERSL can also boast of its ability to source scarce parts at reasonable prices. All jobs are carried out to the OEM specifications and repairs to factory standards.

Clients will receive full reports of activities on platforms and workshop and are entitled to 24 hour support.

AIR COMPRESSOR MAINTENANCE
SPARE PARTS AND WAREHOUSING

SDS provides warehouse storage service to facilitate mothballing of equipment as per manufacturers storage specifications.

For all equipment we repair and service, SDS has established contacts with foreign suppliers to obtain OEM parts with facility to expedite lead time.

SDS technician services include but are not limited to:

  1. Diagnostic and troubleshooting of all vehicle types
  2. Repairs/Service of diesel injectors and injector pumps (common rail and conventional)
  3. Repairs/Service to generators and air compressors.
  4. Dyno-testing of engines within the range of 0 – 2,500HP (0 – 1,864KW)
  5. Engineering services for design and implementation of projects
TECHNICAL SERVICE/EVALUATION
OFFSHORE OIL/GAS

In 2009, SDS was introduced to Repsol T&T operation. The growth, customer satisfaction and success continued with notable mutual success.

In 2010, SDS was successful in being engaged to resolve TSP engine maintenance management problems. To date, SERSL continues to provide for the oil and gas industry (presently Perenco) with workshop, major overhaul and parts supply services, in addition to specialized technicians to do corrective work on TSP platforms.

Our services are geared to the following:

Government certification for road worthiness

SDS is the first inspection station, VTS#001 in Trinidad and Tobago and we certify vehicles as per Government regulations. We do quality repairs and offer technical information related to maintenance of diesel powered vehicles, specializing in commercial vehicles.
